These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and us (the travel agency), and outline our mutual responsibilities when planning, booking, or purchasing travel services.
1. Services
Poira Travel Co. offers travel planning, research, and booking services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We assist in building personalized itineraries, securing reservations, and providing destination guidance. All bookings are made through third-party travel suppliers and are subject to their availability, pricing, and terms.
2. Payments
All services and travel packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via secure online methods provided through our Wix website (Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments). Pricing is not guaranteed until payment is completed and confirmation is received from the supplier.
3. Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit before travel planning begins or to hold a reservation. This deposit covers research time, administrative costs, and partial costs paid to suppliers. Any deposit amount will be clearly stated on the booking page or invoice.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations initiated by the client are subject to the cancellation policies of each individual supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, etc.). Poira Travel Co. is not responsible for supplier cancellation fees or policy changes. We will do our best to assist with changes or cancellations, but we cannot guarantee refunds or credits unless provided by the supplier.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Poira Travel Co. are non-refundable. This includes service fees, deposits, and package payments. By booking with us, you agree to our No Refund Policy, which is detailed here (Refund Policy). Please review it carefully before making any payment.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for:

Ensuring all travelers have valid passports and required travel documents

Complying with entry requirements such as visas, vaccinations, and COVID-19 policies

Double-checking names, dates, and trip details before confirming
Failure to meet travel requirements may result in denial of service by suppliers, and Poira Travel Co. is not liable for such situations.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Poira Travel Co. acts solely as an independent booking agent and is not responsible for acts, errors, delays, or cancellations by third-party suppliers. We do not control airlines, hotels, or tour operators. Therefore, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses due to acts beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Poira Travel Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
