Poira Travel Co. does not offer refunds for any payments, including deposits, trip packages, or planning services. Once payment is submitted, it is considered non-refundable, regardless of changes in travel plans or cancellations by the client.

By booking with Poira Travel Co., you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

If a third-party travel supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, or tour provider) cancels a service, any available credit or compensation will be subject to that supplier’s own policies. We will make every effort to assist in rebooking or resolving the issue but are not liable for refunds beyond our control.

​In limited cases, trip credits or rebooking options may be offered at our discretion. This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and supplier rules.
